Albion Model 563

Having developed the 8 wheeler, all the components was in place to construct a twin steer six wheeler or “Chineese six”, as they were known. The N563 could carry a similar 9 ton payload as the conventional six wheeler, but without the additional cost of two extra wheels and tires and their maintenance, and without the penalty of tire scrub associated with orthodox 6x4s.
