The most significant improvement for 1964 was the change from the dogleg windshield to the conventional curved type. It provided easier entrance and exits for driver and passengers and looked much better too.
Gasoline trucks did not receive any technical improvements, while the diesel versions were detached into a separate range. So, the lineup included two-axle trucks of the series L50, L60, L60-H and L80.
