Foton Auman under CNHTC brand?

On the left side of the shoot is a new CNHTC truck, and on the right side is the famous Foton Auman.

Do you see that these trucks are very similar? Actually, both trucks are the same model. CNHTC made a slight restyling of it – different grille and larger side air intakes. So, are the CNHTC going to produce Foton Auman trucks in future? But why do they need to do it?
