MAZ trucks have been renamed

Mr.Borovsky, the general director of Belarus company “MAZ”, signed a document about the adding of own names to main MAZ models.

Thus, medium duty models MAZ-4371 and MAZ-4471 received “Cornet” name, truck tractors MAZ-5440, MAZ-6430, flatbed trucks MAZ-5340, MAZ-6312 and their chassis versions received the name “Freedom”, dump trucks MAZ-5550, MAZ-6501 and MAZ-6516 – the name “Colas”. A rally truck MAZ-5309RR now is called Legioner.
