Chevrolet Viking / Spartan 5000 / 7000 / 9000 LCF

Similarly to conventional models Viking and Spartan the low-cab-forward range LCF was updated too. It was also received the Viking name for medium duty series and the Spartan name for heavy-duty modifications.

Low Cab Forward units appeared in both the 1.5-ton and 2-ton ranges, all in chassis/cab form except for a stake truck on the 136.5-inch wheelbase chassis in both weight ranges. The 112.5-inch wheelbase unit was most often for tractor work. The third wheelbase option for LCF range was 160.5 inch.
