Avia S430

Military Truck S430 is designed as a successor to the legendary truck Praga V3S. Totally, from 1968 to 1971, only 6 prototypes were made. All were 6×6. The project has not received further development and went into oblivion, but served as a basis for a series of military trucks LIAZ 100, which were produced at a factory in Jablonec under the names N530 and N540.

The prototypes have independent suspension of all wheels and petrol air-cooled engine B615 V6 with a capacity of 5715 cm3 and power of 159 hp. Cabin had uncharacteristic design for the Avia company and was made by Czech manufacturer of buses Karosa.
