In 2002 the owners of Team Avia Future equipped its own race truck with a cab from the newest range Avia D-series. Constantly upgrading the design of the truck, the engine’s power was increased to 125 kW (170 hp).
Wheelbase became even shorter. Thus, for 10 years, Team Avia Future 5 times won the local truck-trial championship, one time won the European Championship and the two times they were ex-champions of it.
