Aveling-Barford SY

The lightest dumper in the lineup was Aveling-Barford SY. It was a further development of the very first Model SA. Like other Aveling-Barford dumpers, the model SY was equipped with a two-way steering. In 1973, the model was updated. It got a new cabin, hood, re-shaped dumper body and other. The lineup included versions SY4 (3.8 tons), SY6 (5.5 tons) and SY7.
