Astra BM 12 / BM 16

In the 1960s, Astra started production of the new 2- and 3-axle models BM12 and BM16 with a GVW of 12 and 16 tons with a 1- or 3-place cabin. These vehicles were fully equipped with foreign units, including 265 hp Detroit Diesel engines, Spicer or ZF gearboxes, Rockwell or Soma axles. The range also included all-wheel drive versions with 4×4 and 6×6 wheel configurations.
