4-axle chassis Roman 37.300VF (8×6) was designed specifically for the installation of an auto-winch with a mast. Payload of the chassis is 25,500 kg, GVW is 37,000 kg. It uses a 6-cylinder turbocharged diesel engine Caterpillar C9 ACET rated at 300 hp.
Gearbox is 6-speed automatic Caterpillar. Cab is taking from thesecond generation of Roman trucks and sits higher. A steel bumper with radiator protection is added. The maximum speed is 70 km/h.
