DFAC Captain EV400 (凯普特EV400)

In early 2018, DFAC presented an interesting prototype of the electric van Captain EV400 (凯普特EV400). The van is more like a bus than a truck. All the front lights are round.

In combination with the two-color design of the front, this looks rather unusual.

The electric motor with output of 95 kW and 750 Nm is made by Wuhan Wing Chong. Four Lithium-Manganese batteries made by Xingheng enough for 280 miles of mileage. Their main advantage is low cost.

Overall dimensions — 5990x2040x2740 mm, wheelbase — 3360 mm. The internal dimensions of the van are 4135x1905x1775 mm. The curb weight is 2.8 tonnes.

The interior is quite standard: you will find a standard dashboard, a mode selector (which was later replaced by a button unit on the center console) and only 2 seats.
