CNHTC Hova Terminal Tractor

The Hova port tractor is one of CNHTC’s special-purpose vehicles. Its design is fairly standard for this class of vehicle. At the 2011 Shanghai International Motor Show, the company introduced an updated Hova port tractor.

The truck received a new interior incorporating components from road-going vehicles. Its WT615.92 engine runs on liquefied natural gas (LNG) and is paired with an Allison 3500 automatic transmission. The rear axle has a higher gear ratio of 10.89 to increase torque.
