BMC Enviro / Prosessional 628 Low Entry Cab

BMC creates the Enviro low-entry utility chassis using bus components. After closing of Seddon-Arkinson, a niche appeared that BMC wanted to fill. In this form, the Enviro was produced for a very short time (probably only a few samples were released). In 2007, the truck was updated.

2nd generation. 2007—n/a

In 2007, the truck cab was updated. The model was targeted primarily for the British market. The first deliveries of the Enviro utility chassis (its export name was ‘Professional 628 Low Entry Cab Truck’) took place in the English Wakefield Metropolitan area.

The range includes 4×2, 6×2 chassis with a pivoting rear or center axle, as well as 6×4 chassis. Engine is Cummins ISB 6.7 liters, 285 hp, Euro4. Transmission is a 5-speed automatic Allison.
