By this time, Ural made a few prototypes of a new cabover chassis 4×2, 6×4 and 8×4. Due to the great crisis in Russia, construction market went down, and the factory decided to find new fields for their models. A new prototype is designed using Chinese components (suspension, cabin, transmission), but an engine (YaMZ) and frame will be Russian.
