Special for this the company has prepared a special version Accelo BlueTec EEV with a diesel engine running on a reed fuel. Such technology reduces particulate emissions 88% if compare with current standards.
The concept was created to meet the standards EEV – Enhanced Environmentally Friendly Vehicles. The diesel OM 924 LA EEV engine with the BlueTec system, mounted on the vehicle, allows 90% reduction of a greenhouse gas emissions and 33% reduction of a particulate matter emissions, if compare with the Conama P7 standard, equivalent to Euro 5, which starts in Brazil in 2012.
